This communication serves as an official and urgent warning regarding a confirmed cyber attack against the President of the European Centre for Information Policy and Security (ECIPS).
Incident Details:
Perpetrators: The cyber attack has been traced to Brussels, utilizing infrastructure associated with NATO’s headquarters located in Mons.
Target: The President of the European Centre for Information Policy and Security (ECIPS).
Evidence: Digital forensics have confirmed that packet traces are directly linked to actors involved in this malicious activity.
Directive:
Immediate Cessation: All parties involved in this cyber attack are hereby ordered to cease and desist any further cyber activities against the President of ECIPS.
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
Data Disclosure: Failure to comply with this directive will result in the immediate publication of all collected data, detailing the cyber attack, to ensure the safety and protection of the President of ECIPS.
This notice is issued to protect the integrity and security of ECIPS and its President. Compliance with this directive is not optional and must be adhered to immediately.
