And Article 2(bis) §3

Identifies and Research / Investigate International Cyber Crimes (ICC), cyber-threats and global cyber-crime trends in the contemporary cyber world of today.

CYBERPOL has the legal mandate to implement the the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS No. 185).

The Treaty deals with cybercrimes committed via the Internet and other computer networks, dealing particularly with infringements of copyright, computer-related fraud, child pornography and violations of network security. It also contains a series of powers and procedures such as the search of computer networks and interception.

Its main objective, set out in the preamble, is to pursue a common criminal policy aimed at the protection of society against cybercrime, especially by adopting appropriate legislation and fostering international co-operation.

The failure of all signature members of both Treaty ETS No. 185 and ETS No. 124 to adhere to CYBERPOL is in violation of international law. I remind all members including United States of America who signed on the 23/11/2001 to its commitment to uphold the law for a better and safer internet, The law is the law and any government who further ignoring the rule of law is in direct breach of both conventions and can he held liable by the International Court and the UN.

This is the law which must be followed by all participants and parties!

Thank you,
Ricardo Baretzky PhD
